In the app, open the menu and tap Support. The app writes the email for you and adds your support code, the app version and the iOS version. The support code helps us find your account.

What are coins?
Boom uses coins. Each image costs coins. If an image fails, Boom normally gives the coins back.
How do I get coins?
Buy a coin pack, or start a subscription. Boom has a weekly, a monthly and a yearly plan. Each plan adds coins while it is active. Open the store in the app to see the current prices and coin amounts.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the menu in Boom and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that you used for the purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Apple manages your subscription. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Select Boom and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I delete an image from History?
Open the picture in History and tap Delete picture. Then tap Delete to confirm. Boom deletes the picture, the original photo and the text that you typed from our server. If you do nothing, Boom deletes them automatically 30 days after you make the picture. Save the pictures that you want to keep. We keep a record of the request (the id, the style, the time and the coin charge) for our accounting.
How do I delete all my data?
Email support@tensortechapps.com from the Support item in the app menu and ask us to delete all your data. We delete your photos, your images, your request records, your action log and your user id from our server. Deleting the app does not delete the data on our server, and deleting your data does not cancel a subscription.
What happens to my photos?
Boom uploads only the photo that you choose. Third-party AI service providers process the photo and your text on our behalf to create the image. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train AI models. Boom deletes your original photo, your pictures and the text that you typed from our server 30 days after you make a picture. You can delete a picture earlier: open it in History and tap Delete picture. Read the Boom Privacy Policy for all the details.
