Your privacy is important to us. This notice explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is used at our Service.
The Information We Collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information about you – such as your name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc. – unless you choose to complete registration and become a Member and affirmatively consent to our collection of such personally identifiable information.
We do automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit our Service. We call this information “Anonymous Data”. Anonymous Data is non-personally identifiable information about your use or the aggregate use of all users that allows us to provide analytics and information on application performance, trends, and other metrics. Anonymous Data includes, but is not limited to, browser type, operating system, ISP, country, time zone, mobile device type, and similar information.
We also use your account username and other self-reported information like niche and account type to analyze how you use the application so we can make the experience better for you.
Face Data Collection and Use
Our app allows users to upload images that may contain human faces. These images are processed by our visual generation systems to produce descriptive or stylized outputs. We do not perform any facial recognition, identity verification, biometric analysis, or user tracking based on facial features.
Use of Face Data
Face data (i.e., user-uploaded photos that may contain human faces) is used solely for the purpose of generating visual content. This processing is done on a per-request basis and is not reused or retained after processing is complete.
Sharing of Face Data
Uploaded images are securely transmitted for processing. We do not store these images on our servers. They are used only to return a result to the user and are not used for training or any other secondary purposes. We do not share user images with any third parties.
Retention of Face Data
We do not store or retain any user-uploaded images. Images are discarded after a response is generated and returned to the app. No local or remote storage of face data is performed beyond the processing session.
Data Security
All user data, including image uploads, is transmitted over HTTPS with industry-standard encryption. We take care to ensure that no face data is stored, logged, or used beyond the scope of the user's original intent.
How We Normally Use Information About You
We use non-personally identifiable information to analyze site usage, improve the app, administer services, and better understand user preferences. We may respond to inquiries, send administrative communications, and personalize the experience based on device or location.
Sharing Information With Third Parties
TensorTech Apps may use third-party service providers to process and analyze data, but such parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using or disclosing the data beyond the contracted purpose.
Analytics & Advertising
We may use cookies and analytics tools to track performance and improve our services. We may use anonymized behavioral data to improve recommendations or product experiences. Some of our apps show third-party ads. Other apps do not show ads. The section for each app below tells you if that app shows ads.
Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites and Sponsors
Our app or website may contain links to other services with different privacy practices. Users are encouraged to read the privacy policies of those sites before submitting any personal information.
QR Code Read
This section applies to the QR Code Read app for iOS. It adds to the rest of this policy.
Ads
QR Code Read shows ads from Google AdMob to users who do not subscribe. If you allow tracking, AdMob and its partners use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to personalise and measure ads. If you do not allow tracking, the ads are not personalised with your IDFA. Users in the EEA and UK can change their consent at any time in Settings > Privacy options. To learn how Google uses data, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Link check
When you check a link, the app sends the URL to our server. Our server checks the URL with Google Web Risk. Our server does not store the URL.
Service providers
The app uses these service providers:
These services receive device identifiers, app usage events and purchase events.
Scanned content
The content of the codes you scan stays on your device. The app keeps your scan history in local storage on your device. The app does not send scanned content to analytics. Analytics receives only the code type, for example "QR code" or "barcode".
Contacts
To save a contact from a code, the app opens the system new-contact screen. The app does not read or upload your contacts.
Wi-Fi
The app uses the network name and password from a Wi-Fi code only on your device, to join the network. The app does not send them to us.
Camera and photos
The app uses the camera only to scan codes. The app uses your photos only to scan codes in images you choose and to save QR codes you create. The app does not upload your images.
Data retention
Each provider keeps analytics data for the period set for that provider. We keep purchase records for the period that the law requires.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the CCPA, you can ask to access your data, ask us to delete your data, and object to how we use your data. To make a request, send an email to info@tensortechapps.com.
Revisions to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise this policy. Please review the policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes and offer the option to opt out.
